We use your information to operate, improve, and secure Ramvoy. This includes creating and managing your account, running AI workflows, storing outputs, processing payments, providing support, improving product performance, and preventing abuse or fraud.

We may also use usage and workflow data in aggregated or de-identified form to analyze trends, monitor performance, and improve the platform.

When you submit prompts, files, images, audio, or other content to Ramvoy, that content may be processed by third-party AI model providers and infrastructure providers strictly for the purpose of generating results for your requested workflow.

Generated outputs may be stored so you can access, review, and reuse them inside the platform.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Ramvoy does not store your full payment card details on its own servers.

We may store transaction metadata such as purchase amount, credit purchase details, payment status, and related billing identifiers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Ramvoy, including hosting providers, storage providers, analytics providers, AI model providers, email providers, and payment processors.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Ramvoy, our users, or others.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain account history.

Uploaded files, prompts, outputs, and account records may remain stored until deleted, unless a longer retention period is required for operational, legal, or security reasons.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may update or correct certain account information through the platform. You may also request deletion of your account or data, subject to legal, operational, and security requirements.

You can also choose not to provide certain information, but some parts of Ramvoy may not function properly without it.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using Ramvoy, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in locations where data protection laws may differ.

Ramvoy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
